This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP
Supplies Needed
PSP- I used X3
But any version should work
Font of choice or the one I am using:
Template # 12 From Addictive Templates which you can get HERE
Scrap kit of choice
The Kit I am using is from Majik Of Mystee Designz called Bad Medicine

Mask of choice
Plugins:
Xero-Fritillary
Eye Candy 4000-Gradient Glow
Tramages- Tow the line

Lets Begin!
Open the template
Shift + D
Close the original
Delete all layers besides the rectangle and poison layers
Select the rectangle layer
Select All-Float-Defloat
Copy & Paste paper of choice as a new layer
Selections-Invert
Delete on the keyboard
Select none
Plugins
Xero: Fritillary
With the following Settings

Select the Poison layer
Selections-Select All-Float-Defloat
Copy & Paste another paper of choice as a new layer
Selections-Invert
Delete on the keyboard
Plugins-EC 400-Gradient Glow
With settings of choice
Select the rectangle layer again
Select All-Float-Defloat
Copy and paste tube of choice
Position your tube to the left
Selections-Invert
Delete on the keyboard
Plugins-Tramages-Tow the line
Default settings
Ok
On the tube layer lower the opacity to 55
Resize the poison layer by 80%
Position to the right of your tube
Add any elements of choice
Add your Copyright info and name
Save
Finished!

I used Dominated II
Mask of choice
Plugins: Xero-Fritillary

Open my template- shift + d- close original- delete credits
Delete the group-raster 1 layer
Highlight Rectangle 3 layer- selections-select all-float-defloat
Copy and Paste paper 9 as new layer-selections invert-delete on the keyboard
Select None
Delete rectangle 3 layer
Highlight Rectangle 2 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Copy and Paste paper 15 as new layer-selections invert-delete on the keyboard
Select None
Delete rectangle 2 layer
Highlight Rectangle 1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Copy and paste paper 15 as new layer- selections invert-delete on the keyboard
Select None
Delete rectangle 1 layer
Highlight Circle 2 layer- selections-select all-float-defloat
Add new raster layer above circle 2 layer- flood fill #650101

Selections-invert-delete on keyboard
Change Blend Mode to Overlay
Select None
Delete Original Heart layer
Copy and Paste Paper 1 as a new layer
Send to Bottom
Apply Mask
Layers-Merge-Merge Group
Add Drop Shadow
Add elements of Choice
If you want too
Copy and Paste your main tube
Position to your liking
Resize if need be
Duplicate Tube
On original tube layer
Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur-3
Back on the duplicated tube layer
Blend-Overlay
Add Copyright Info
Your Name
Save
Your Finished!
